Can You Help Me Find A Doctor?
Yes! We can refer to a family doctor who can evaluate you. Visits are as low as $35, no insurance necessary. The doctor is available as a walk-in visit or telemedicine.
What Documents Do You Need?
Ask your doctor for an After Visit Summary. It will look similar to the picture above. You can send us the document by fax, text, or email.
Where Do I Pay For My Card?
Once you login, go to the Make Payment button to pay for your Medical Cannabis Card
